Called in 1978 Gillian specialises in children cases as a leading junior in the high court, and cases involving significant human rights’ issues. Her range of work includes, non–accidental injury, factitious illness, sexual abuse, and neglect. The focus of her work is children both in public law, representing local authorities, parents and children, and private law for a parent or child.
